Off grid power supply back up
Team at Proline are awesome. Thanks Tim for your understanding and assistance in enabling me to purchase this great Generator as we live off grid and totally reliant on solar batteries.

During the winter months it’s been the best purchase I’ve made, kept the house batteries charged when needed so all appliances ran without a hitch.

Remote start and 2 wire start through the solar inverter are flawless.

Economical & silent.

Happy to recommend this generator whether it’s for house supply or onsite working remotely.

Great service
Like many people, I purchased my generator after the 2023 weather related power outages. I live rurally and so when power goes out, I loose all the usual household functionality but also access to water.  I decided on the GT4000ESI based on reviews I had read but also on the great advice I received from Proline about the kind of generator I needed and what to consider. Once I had purchased the unit I was impressed by the communications Proline during the ordering and shipping process. The unit arrived well packaged is now ready for the next power outage. The events of last year are going to part of our lives in the future so I feel I am more resilient now with my GT4000ESI ready to go. Thanks Proline.

Great to have
Got this before Gabrielle struck NZ last year for peace of mind. I love this unit - large enough to power a few important items(fridge, freezer, sump pump, charging bank, couple of lights) but small enough to be managed by one person; you can extend the handle and wheel it about like a suitcase. I have used it only a few times, mostly to make sure it still works, and once during a planned vector outage. The trick is finding a good place to store and use it. This is not to be run exposed to rain, but you also need good air flow around so that carbon monoxide doesn't build up.
