Excellent service
Paid for generator at motorhome show but did not arrive in time proline lent us a different one which was good  and then we picked up this one.  It is great.  Love the electric start can manage the pull cord if I have to.  Love the remote.  Often a 70 yr old woman without my husband around.  Perfect for me.
